In collaboration with the drilling team of a major operator on Sakhalin Island, we have developed and qualified a next-generation casing centralizer system to support future record-setting extended-reach (ER) drilling programs. This innovative system combines the functions of a centralizer and stop collar into a single, integrated design, delivering significantly superior performance—achieving axial load ratings up to 100,000 lbf and torsional ratings up to 40,000 ft-lbf, far exceeding conventional solutions.

One of the most groundbreaking features of this system is its safety-focused installation method. It eliminates the risk of hand injury by replacing the traditional sledgehammer installation process (typically requiring 50+ hammer blows) with a simple, one-handed removal of a locking lug—dramatically improving safety and efficiency on the rig floor.
